John Sprague

My career started 18 years ago as a real estate investor & transitioned in to brokerage 14 years ago where I have gravitated towards leadership roles. My dedication to my clients and business offered me the opportunity to lead an office of 270 agents (When I started we only had 64 agents) to the #1 position of over 2000 brokerages. That experience offered me invaluable information as I had an opportunity to interview over 3000 agents locally over a 6 year span. That has brought extreme clarity as to what has a track record of success and what does not. As you might imagine, we spend our time, money, & resources *only* in the areas we know have the best track record of success to avoid any unnecessary risk for our clients. Including the team leader role, I have been party to over 10,000 transactions over this 14 year period boasting an unparalleled level of experience by *ANY* local Realtor. I don't say these things to impress you. I say them to impress upon you how much our clients have benefited from the sterling reputation we've built, influence with in the local real estate community we wield, & the deep market knowledge we offer as a competitive advantage.
